The Oakley Cemetery was established in 1882 for use by the town of Oakley. It is now owned and maintained by the Oakley Valley Cemetery District. Most of the descendants of Cyrus and Alice Bracken Tolman that settled in Oakley or Marion are buried in the Marion Cemetery. However, there are some of our ancestors buried in the Oakley Cemetery such as William August Tolman, Marintha Bates Tolman, Sarah Jane Tolman, Frederick William Larson, and Mary Alice Tolman Larson.
